U.S. national death toll is going to hit 200k by the end of the month. That’s half as many as the combatants that died in the U.S.’s entire involvement in WWII. Of the combatants! Over the course of 3 years! It’s been only 9 months and our civilians are nearly halfway there. This is just insane, I want out.

Our national death toll currently stands at 753. Things aren't looking good for metropolitan Melbourne. It's just been announced that we'll be in 'Stage 4' lockdown for another three weeks and shops won't be allowed to re-open until the end of next month. Looks like it's gonna be Christmas before anything starts looking normal again.

And half the country don't care because they are so giddy about kicking around gay people and spitting on brown people. They see them like "fallen soldiers" in their culture war. I fucking hate this nightmare reality I'm living through, not that any of it surprises me given the sermons I heard in church growing up. It's fucking terrifying they have been able to pull this off.
