Just when I thought the UK was gonna go back to normal, a second wave strikes because stupid crap like this happens: Have they not heard of online shopping? I agree, its ridiculous. Similar scenes have happened here in Australia too, although we haven't had as many confirmed cases as you guys. Unfortunately, even a global pandemic can't trigger common sense among some people.

It's been a while since I've done one of these: Wednesday, 30th September 2020:* The global death toll from the disease now stands at 1,007,769. More than 33 million people across the globe are confirmed to have contracted COVID-19 since the pandemic began. * The World Bank has announced a $12bn plan for the roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines (if one were to be developed) for poorer countries. * The COVID-19 death toll has surpassed 10,000 in Belgium. * It has been reported that up to 60 million Indians may have contracted COVID-19.

Victoria had a few restrictions lifted last weekend. Hopefully, we stay on the right track and get some more restrictions lifted at the end of next month. We still can't travel more than 5kms from home, but the night-time curfew has been lifted.

Bit of a concern with South Australia, yesterday they reported four new cases of community transmission. Now they are reporting 17 new cases.

#COVIDZero is trending on Canadian Twitter. Doctors and epidemiologists are supporting it. The plan is to follow New Zealand and Australia and lockdown until we get to zero cases. Then when we open up, we ban travel in and out of the country and create a Canadian bubble. I support it, and am confused as to why eradication wasn't part of the initial strategy.

Yikes, this is just awful beyond comprehension, and it'll unfortunately get even worse.

Instead of making me despair, it just made me laugh hysterically. I might be going insane.

Even the popular kids who play football in my school think Coronavirus is fake and don't care about old people who are the most vulnerable, like fuck off 🙄
Same in Facebook, I've seen people comment their stories about how their grandparents dying from Covid 19, telling people to protect themselves and stop spreading the virus and yet, all they get is laughing reactions like what the actual fuck... I get sick to the heart when I see it in my feed everyday, theyre so disrespectful 😔
