Clearly America is #1 in the world, American exceptionalism proven. U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A! And at the rate it's going, the US is adding 100,000 additional deaths every 30 days!  Surpassing the Spanish Flu's 675,000 seems to be inevitable at this rate.

I heard a statistic on the news this evening that one person dies from COVID-19 in the United States every 38 seconds. You can't even comprehend that.

Surpassing the Spanish Flu's 675,000 seems to be inevitable at this rate. It's inevitable but to be fair there were way less people 100 years ago, so that number was extremely catastrophic back then.

There was a report on the news earlier tonight which featured a reporter who chose to receive a dose at a COVID-19 testing clinic in Los Angeles. I wasn't actually aware of this, but apparently the testing clinics can only vaccinate up to 40 people who stand-in line waiting, and any vaccines that remain unused get discarded. It seems like a complete waste and a ridiculous decision given how dire the situation is over there.

I'm here marking one year since the world radically changed. March 11, 2020 was the day when Tom Hanks tested positive for coronavirus, the NBA suspended its seasob due to Rudy Gobert testing positive, and then-president Trump closed down European air travel (besides the UK for some reason). COVID-19 eventually became a massive tragedy with insurmountable trauma.

Hey, anyone notice the U.S.’s deaths have gone down sharply since Diamond Joe took office? Turns out enforcing quarantines, distributing PPE where it’s needed (instead of holding them ransom), and rolling out vaccines actually works.

Cases in Canada are rising again, now I'm stuck doing online school 😤 If anything, I think maskless people or assholes need to be forced in quarantine like how they do it in China, like put them in cages. I am beyond sick and tired of these people at this point.

I feel as if businesses are removing the mask policy too quickly. How can we tell if a customer is fully vaccinated or not? Are we supposed to walk around with our vaccine cards?
