I don't think cinemas are going anywhere. They just make way too much money for everyone involved while streaming does not. A lot of people also like going to the theatre. I agree that cinemas will still be around, however I have my doubts that they will be as profitable as they were prior to this pandemic. The coronavirus is going to change the way many people choose to think and act. Streaming will benefit from the quarantine and self-isolation laws currently in force. The longer this goes on, the greater the chance people's habits will start to change. Streaming your favourite new release could sound more enticing than going to a cinema where you're potentially in close proximity to hundreds of unhygienic people. Tbh not many people are taking this pandemic that seriously. I doubt people are going to become germaphobes.

Before corona, I would go outside without a mask even if I was a sick, and I'm sure most people were the same. I probably got a lot of people sick, and I got sick from others too.

The woke left + streaming services = the death of cinema.

Cable television and cinemas will most likely be dead this decade and digital/streaming home releases of TV shows and movies will probably become the standard norm of entertainment.
