I really do miss the late 2000s. I don’t care if it’s outdated.

It's very weird that 2007 was a late 2000s year but somehow it looks more old school than 2008 and 2009.

I saw one picture with an emo girl and a woman next to her. I guess emo was still popular in that month.

These atmosphere threads kind of remind me of those school field trips to the mall. I miss those days.

February 2007 was around the time Fall Out Boy had their huge breakthrough into the mainstream and became a household name. I can remember them being the biggest band in music at that point, "This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race" in particular received heavy airplay on the radio. My Chemical Romance's The Black Parade may have been a culturally significant album, but MCR weren't the most popular band out of the "big four" (PATD, FOB, MCR and Paramore).

I def agree with you MCR was never the biggest band, I think they were more of a backbone for emo to stay thriving.

My 14th birthday! This is when I started feeling like a real teenager. I got a Wii with Twilight Princess, blew me away. Also had a huge crush on my Scottish Biology teacher. He pronounced book like booooook.
