Now I know that some of you on here are were out of high school or even college before 2009 ended, but the majority of us were at least going to school at some point during the decade, if not the whole decade (like me). And since spring break is upon us, what was your favorite spring break of the 2010s personally and why was it the best? My favorite Spring Break of the decade was probably 2018 because I got to see my family and spend time with them, got to hang out with a good friend, and the weather was beautiful and I spent almost the whole break outside enjoying it. Hopefully Spring Break 2021 will be better for those still in school next year. No one likes 2020 except Satan.

Spring 2016. In fact, 2016 as a year was amazing for me.

What Americans call "Spring Break" is still winter over here lol. But my favourite was 2012. It was my 19th birthday and we (my uni) organized a weeklong trip to Montréal. I drank legally for the first time and partied hard all week! Montréal is such an amazing city.
2014 would be a close second. It was the time of the Winter Olympics I believe. I had the Maple Leaf painted onto my cheeks. I went to downtown Toronto and watched the Canada vs. Russia hockey match on the big screen. When Canada won the entire city erupted in cheers. The atmosphere was amazing.

I would have to go with Spring Break 2018. It started off nicely after the winter quarter of my junior year of uni ended with great grades. Junior year of uni was my favorite year of uni and the least stressful out of them all. Here is a time line. Wednesday 4/18/18-My classes ended on a Wednesday that day Friday 4/20/18-I had a MoviePass at the time which allowed a free movie daily before they messed up, I saw Love Simon on the day it premiered on a Friday after having Japanese Ramen Saturday 4/21/18-went to the gym at around 4-5 am and then went to work and was offered a promotion, which I turned down due to not being able to commit enough hours for work cause of uni Monday 4/23/18-I had a short shift, and then, around the early evening, I went with two of my friends to a Hometown Buffet and it was great, except, those guys ate so fast that they got full in 45 minutes, meaning my appetite wasnt completely satisfied, though they waited for me. Then, I went back home to go with my family to the airport for a redeye as my trip to Boston began. Monday 4/23/18-Saturday 4/28/18: Boston Trip Sunday 4/29/18: Hang out at my friend's house with great barbeque and games Spring quarter, my last quarter for junior year of uni resumed for me on Monday 4/30/18
