Both eras defined my childhood and I loved both of them, although I have to be loyal to the Early 2010s because that time meant so much to me.

Both. They weren't that different from each other so I liked them both for much the same reasons.

Mid 2010s. The Early 2010s can rot for all I care.

The early 2010s were a blast, the mid-2010s just can't compete.

The mid 2010s, because I graduated high school in 2015, and that is when I became more independent. Plus, college was easier for me than high school, and I got to travel more and have bigger trips. 2014, I toured Hawaii for the first time, and 2015, I toured Italy, which was my first time touring Europe. Also, I was able to start driving and have my own part time job in the mid 2010s. In the early 2010s, I was still too young for both, as I turned 16 only in May 20, 2013. Wow, 20 days late.

The mid-2010s were just painful in my life, so I have to go with the early 2010s.

In my personal life, the late 2010s were actually a great time in my life, as I had finally figured several critical things out. 2019 wasn't quite as happy for me as 2018 was, but here in 2020, it looks like paradise. 2020 is a pretty dreadful year, though this time it's strictly for reasons outside of my own control.

You don't know how happy I am to hear the late 2010s are going better for you. I remember how 2015-2017 weren't very kind.

I'm glad to hear that you're feeling better! I can relate although I had my bad depression in 2019 and only now I recovered 90%... But, there are lots of bright things in the future

It's such a close call, but I have to give a slight edge to the early '10s, since that's when I met my now-wife. Those years you have defined as the early '10s basically are the entirety of our early relationship.

Mid 2010s as I retired then and didn't have to put up with a bullying boss.

I would personally have to go for the Mid 2010s simply for the fact that they were generally a much better time for me personally, even though I still continued to experience feelings of depression during that time and I had a severe acne issue when I was 15 (which required me to go on medication). Getting my braces removed a couple of months before my 15th birthday was a huge plus as well. I actually miss the Mid 2010s to some degree. Besides Year 7, my high school years were actually quite good for the most part and I maintained the same core group of friends all throughout my time there. The negative feelings that I did have were mostly brought on by the fact that I wasn't confident within myself, I had really low self-esteem. I was never bullied though.
