I've been doing more research on generations lately. I've looked at multiple sources, including Pew's research, and I found some stuff that was quite interesting.
I didn't realize this until I started researching more about this topic, but I've noticed that all the sources I've looked at had a "mini generation" called "The coolest generation". I searched up more about this generation and it consists of people born entirely in 2002. Some sources even stretched the start date to as early as late 2001. Some sources have the cutoff date as September 1st 2002. I just know that everyone born between January-August 2002 is undeniably part of the "coolest generation" since they were considered the coolest generation by every source I've read.
I've read this one article that I think defined it pretty well. They used the "early, core and late" things that we see a lot in here. This is what they said:
September 2001 - December 2001: Early coolest generation
January 2002 - August 2002: Core coolest generation (absolute coolest)
September 2002 - December 2002: Late coolest generation
According to scientists, this is the scientific definition:
6.666666666 Trillion B.C - August 31st 2001: Millennials
September 2001 - December 2002: Coolest generation
January 2003 - present: Gen Beta
