Anyone else remember MTV 2 ? MTV 2 in the early 2000s was a music station that aired music videos 24/7 along with hosted countdowns specials
and it's simulcast Spanking NEW premieres in the morning. Many times music videos hit MTV 2 first before MTV 1 got them. In 2001 MTV bought
out local over the air channel The BOX and aired MTV 2 in it's place, meaning MTV 2 was in many house holds over the air as well via Cable and Sattilite.
Somewhere after the Early 2000s ended MTV 2 started running more NON music programs and it went to shit. BUT........that early run it had was amazing.
Many of the videos shown on MTV were UNCUT and violated FCC standards and practices. What are some memories you have with MTV 2 ? I know most
of you prob will not remember it.
