The day has obviously well and truly past now but I thankfully didn’t have any unexpected visitors this year. Maybe they got the hint over the last few years that I’m not interested and don’t live in America?!

I'm Irish but I don't 'do' Halloween for 2 reasons. 1) It's pointless. 2) It's too close to the date my mother died.

Well, it's that time of year again! I assume no one here is going trick or treating? I've got my front door closed and all of my blinds shut, so that way, no kiddies will come up the driveway.

I'm pretty much over it... I didn't even get around to carving pumpkins because it just bored me. I might go walking with my aunt and cousin while she trick or treats and eat some of her candy and then walk back home lmao.

You might have to sneakingly pinch a few candy bars when she isn't looking.

Well, it's that time of year again! I assume no one here is going trick or treating? I've got my front door closed and all of my blinds shut, so that way, no kiddies will come up the driveway. I put a sign on my front door ("No Trick or Treaters!") and it worked well because a few kiddies were walking up and they turned around a soon as they saw the sign, gives them a clear message to not knock on my door and waste their time just standing there hoping for some lollies.

Only two kids came to my door yesterday. What's strange is that my neighbours have their house decorated, but had their lights closed yesterday and were not giving out any treats  I'm guessing kids saw that there weren't many lights in our neighbourhood and decided to go elsewhere.

Well, it's that time of year again! Well, it's that time of year yet again! My household had no trick or treaters come, which means that it has been over three years since we last had one! I was at Tafe this evening anyway, so I wouldn't have had to deal with them.

I had about 10 lots of groups come knock on my door today, around twice more than last year. Record would've been around 15 times about 2014/2015. For some reason my area has a lot of people who like to trick or treat.

How many people came trick-or-treating to your house?
I'm guessing kids saw that there weren't many lights in our neighbourhood and decided to go elsewhere.
