Speaking of Megan Thee Stallion, her music is a good examples of being one of the only good songs in Hip hop, Savage really got the recognition it deserved, yes it is Trap but its so catchy and I think she'd be ready for Post-trap music tbh, its a shame she didn't last too long on top She is one of the better rappers out there. I like Roddy Ricch as well. He is like in the middle lane between mumble rap and lyrical rap. I also find the Dababy song Rockstar catchy. Yeah, Rockstar is pretty good too, it sounds catchy and the tone is melodic, I think Dababy is also good for Post-Trap, because if there ever was a bridge from Trap to a new hip hop genre, this would also be in the bridge/cusp.

I agree that Trap in the mid 2010s sounded very exciting and fresh but right now it's getting repetitive and hip hop has to move forward to a more fresher sound. Unfortunately, it's the status quo in hip hop to incorporate Trap elements in your song if it wants to be successful because it is more quick and cheap.

This song could've had the potential to be so much better without the mumbling or screaming, the beat is decent, but I still hate the mumbling and garbage lyrics.

It really seems to me that he wants to be something of a hardcore rapper. All these words that do not have a meaning he makes them up and the song have no context at all. His latest songs is super repetitive and has no meaning in it, which is what I look for in songs especially in hip hop. Just a gangster wannabe like all the other mumble rappers in the music industry right now...
