I was 10 at the time. One thing that comes to mind when I think back to what I was doing in August 2009 is being excited over the launch of GO! (a TV channel) on the 9th of that month. My friend had been over my house for the whole afternoon and the channel was scheduled to launch at 6.30pm that evening. My friend asked me if I wanted to play Burnout on the PS2 in our entertainment room, but because I was waiting in anticipation for the channel to start, I decided to stay in my bedroom instead and he was left playing Burnout on his own for almost an hour or so. That was pretty slack of me in retrospect.  I still can't get over the fact that 2009 is now 11 years ago, it really does feel like yesterday for me. yeah like 2009 for the longest time had a modern touch to it, not anymoreeeeeeeeee

I remember when this show was the successor to TRL back when it debuted in Summer 2009 lmao was so bad was canceled after a few months. slashpop kev2000sfan
