Great photo John. I remember those old coke cans, that design didn’t last very long.
2002 would have been so much better if I didn’t have to be around a bunch of other kids I couldn’t get along with during mornings before school and during summer when my parents had to work.

Thanks Fuse ! I am sorry u had to deal with that back then. That photo I took was at middle school graduation wrap up, a lot of people were high and drunk lol I wanna say I remember Star Wars episode 2 having no hype in my school. Wrestling started to get stupid as hell. I rented like 100 DVD's that month from Blockbuster. The sad thing about June is tons of people I would never get to see again because they went to a Vocational school 6 towns away. By June 2002 most people I knew stopped watching Dragon Ball Z ( I stopped after Pikon showed up and murked Cell) Came back for a bit for the end of GT. Prank calls were super huge in June 2002 as well. I guess people just gave up caring since it was the last month of school and we would prank teachers and the principle it was crazy. That photo with the TV is scary identical to my 8th grade home room class

I feel like I'm in minority but the summer/second half of 2002 just had this more positive nice vibe about it. Also music and culture seemed better than 2000 and 2001.

I know I am going to catch a ton of heat with everyone for saying this but I feel 2002 is split. First few months of 2002 I was still in 8th grade and fall 2002 I was in High school. It is not that tho the vibe did feel a little bit different, Fox kids ended it's programming that Fall and turned into Fox Box , GTA Vice City putting the stamp on 80s nostalgia & acts like Good Charlotte taking over pop culture. Summer 2002 was MILEs and MILES above what Summer 2001 was. Now personally? I prefer the first half of 2002, 10/10 but the last half is not bad either, just a more "evolved enhanced HD version" if that makes sense ?

You should. It's a great and sweet movie. I think I walked into it by accident when I went to see Minority Report.
