I was listening to this song from 1400 B.C. This song sounds like the very first song that brought us into 2010's culture. Ever since this song was released I feel like we've just been in one big era since then. I don't know any modern day music but this song just doesn't sound very different from modern day music. I don't see a very big difference between 1400 B.C and now. It feels like pop culture has been stagnant ever since I've stopped paying attention to pop culture.

But, but...the Late 2006 shift??? A lot of things from late 2004 to 2006 can't put my finger on one thing. Especially 2005-2006. Mid to late 2006 is closest period. Probably the first proper point containing enough 2010s elements before the decade started. Mid to late 2006 (and throughout late 2004 to early 2006 in varying degrees): Modern social media is established and talked about Sense of relying on digital, where it pretty much almost has everything you need. Apple is the centerpoint of cutting edge, standard silver apple laptop design becomes standard Beards/facial hair becoming mainstream, hipster looks becoming a recognizable thing 80s nostalgia becoming more integrated in popular culture I'm sure some people will say 2007 or 2008.

But, but...the Late 2006 shift??? The late 2006 shift was catastrophic, it was insane, many wars happened and it changed the course of history. In late 2006 alone, everything suddenly became the way it is right now. In mid 2006 we were still playing with Sticks & Stones and we couldn't afford clothes. We had to kill mammoths for food and clothing. We used to do quests where we slayed dragons, a few men would die from plague, hypothermia and war. Kids these days would just not understand, the hard-ship of a pre-late 2006 world.

From what I remember
1400BC to mid 2006 AD: Happiness and blue skies Late 2006-present: Sadness and grey skies
From my perspective as a 10,000 year old dragon with big breasts.

That melody is nothing like modern music. It actually sounds decent.

That melody is nothing like modern music. It actually sounds decent. I was actually thinking it doesn't sound too dissimilar from modern/classical Arabian music, so rainbow is still right (music starts at 1:20)
