Maybe i'm just out of the loop, but I haven't come across any social stigma towards e-boys and e-girls...and I don't even know what an "enby" is.

I mean, they’re not mutually exclusive. A lot of enbys are e-girls/e-boys. E-girls are an aesthetic, enby is a gender.

The bullshit E-Boys and E-Girls, which are very depressed pessimistic wankers who don't even try hard, and listen to depressing music from Billie Eilish or emo rappers. These people pretty much defined 2019 🙄🤮 Always talking about Xanax, depressants, self-loath, smoking/vaping, its so annoying.

I could be wrong but here's how I put it:
Winter 1992/93-Mid/Late 1996: Grunge Era Fall 2004-2008/09ish: Emo era Winter 2018/19-Present: E-Boy/E-Girl Coronavirus era

Apparently the "e" in e-boy/girl stands for "electronic", what?
As for the question, I think e-boys/e-girls are more comparably to cyberpunks to me since it's more open ended and a mix of many influences on the whole, while enbys are more about one's expressed sexuality rather than any widespread movement.
The SoundCloudsphere on the whole is probably the most comparable with how fashion and music are closely tied among those groups like emo did, while a lot of it being similarly angsty and dark.

Grunge was pretty much dead by late 96 like 60% dead So maybe Late 1995/Early 1996 then? 🤔 Whenever that Simpsons episode came out making front of Grunge culture came out, I think it was May/June 1996 I remember seeing it live and knowing the writing was on the wall, we will just say somewhere in 1996 I know SP is not Grunge, it was more of the Gen X culture/flannel fashion is was making front of

Well I can't explain what emo is but I can explain the other two. E-people usually dress in black and wear heavy makeup. They usually have colored hair and bangs but not always. They are found mostly on TikTok. Enbys are non binary and they don't identify with a gender. I know a couple non binary people and they've always been that way
