Which era does Replay sound more like? I think the song is on the cusp with it's trance synths mixed with R&B flavor.

It uses an iPod as a simile. It's more late 2000s.

Personally, I think it sounds more Early 2010s. Jason Derulo could have released it. Its electro-r&b sound has much more similarities with the sound of the Early 2010s than what it does with the pop music of the Late 2000s.

King's "Stand By Me", a big hit from the jukebox era. "Replay" references an iPod without any kind of retro theme but rather something granted in the moment. On top of that, the song's production is very minimalist and has synths that sound more late 2000s.

Music videos can feature items (whether it be old television sets, mullets etc.) dating back to any time period, but that doesn't mean the overall sound of the song itself is more similar to the time period in which those items were first released. You always know best though, i'm just an arsehole who believes in social inequality apparently.

One thing we can all agree on though, is that the music video looks pretty 2000s.

Early 2010s because of glimpses of heavy autotune use, and 8-bit synths which I've always grew up with

You're not an arsehole who believes in social inequality, you've since stated very clearly that you're not against equal rights. I know I just wrote you a PM explaining my side in greater detail, but I do forgive you. It was wrong for me to be so blunt before and I wish I had allowed the previous conversation to go smoother. I don't even feel 100% certain about "Replay" sounding more 2000s or 2010s; I think it sounds 2000s because a fair amount of music from 2008 or at least earlier in 2009 sounds like it, and most songs in 2011-2013 were pretty different.
