Bruh, Power Rangers tv show discontinuing isn't a reason to put it, it'd makes 2020 more weird if it wasn't. That shit's been airing for ages. Everything else you listed already nuked everything. We're def in a DB GT, straight to DVD Syfy movie.

Is it just me or does 2020 just feel sorta unreal? Like a year that shouldn't exist or just one long dream? It feels like I was suddenly transported to a parallel universe on New Years, that's how weird this year feels to me. weird how it still feels like January 2020 was the start of an alternate universe two years later. Even though the pandemic started in March 2020, I just felt a vibe shift in January. It's also when the public started hearing news about this weird mystery virus.

In January 2020, I remember it looked for a bit as if a war in Iran was imminent. There was also the first Trump impeachment which most people have forgotten about. At that point, most people thought the coronavirus would be something like the 2009 swine flu and not something that would completely wreck society in almost every way. Only preppers and doomers were predicting that it was the big one. But you are right, the uncomfortable vibe that I believe characterizes the 2020s actually began before the pandemic. 2020 was the year that the US (and the world) faced the consequences for the outcome of the 2016 election. It was pretty much a guarantee that the Trump era was going to end in a historic disaster, but it was simply a question of what it would be.

2020 was a year of growth in my life. I'm trying to be less negative and more positive and see 2020 in a positive light. It was full of ups and downs but I try to focus on the growth and maturity in my life that year as much as I can.

Too bad I can't say the same about the year culturally and personally.
