My Boo is another late 1996 hit by Ghost Town DJ's and Sosodef. It has the Miami Bass sound from the Late 80s/Early 90s but it sounds very different, and it has a bubblegum/disco vibe that it could easily be released in 1997 or even 1998. I think it leans closer to the Late 90s but what do you guys think? I've been always curious about this one...

Fun fact: In 2016, the song was repopularized thanks to the running man challenge

I think it’s on the cusp between mid and late 90s.

Well, My Boo has heavy Miami Bass influence and the genre was very popular in the mid 90s, it just has a more bubblegum sound compared to the brash Miami Bass songs in 1993-1995.
