Hi everyone,
There's been a bit of a trend recently of new topics relating to the pandemic, the George Floyd Protests etc. being created in the 2020s sub-board in The Decade Den rather than the existing "Politics & Current Events" sub-forum which was specifically created to cater for those topics.
I have moved some of them over to the latter sub-forum, but giving it more thought, it probably makes more sense just to leave them as they are in the 2020s sub-board and for any new topic relating to current world events (e.g the Hong Kong protests, COVID-19) to be created in the 2020s sub-board from now on (unless it relates to politics, as we have a designated politics section). I mean, the purpose of the 2020s sub-board is for us to discuss concurrent trends as they are unfolding in this decade.
So I have decided to move the relevant current events topics (e.g "How long do you think the coronavirus pandemic will last?", "Are we on the verge of a Third World War?") over to the 2020s sub-board as a bit of a trial. The 2010s-based ones have been moved to the 2010s sub-board. Please let me know what you think of it. If you prefer it how it was, we can always revert back to a separate current-events sub-board again.

There's also been a few other changes:
* Every political topic is now within the one sub-board, the "Politics" board. There are now no longer separate sub-boards for "Australian Politics", "International Politics" and generic political topics.
* The "Cars & Manufacturing" sub-board no longer exists due to a lack of activity. The topics that were in the sub-board have been moved to the Popedia Lounge.
