I'm glad the term "bae" died out because it was so annoying to hear it from couples and celebrities from 2014/2015. What's even worse is that it came from the Danish translation of shit. It also made the song "Come It Get Bae" heavily outdated as well.
In fact, I just really hate most of the slang terms from this period.

Heck, even some 2016/17 slangs like "Slay", "Lit", "Cash Me Outside" sound a bit uncool by today's standards
Fortnite slangs like "Big oof", or "Omegalul" from 2018 are starting to show its age due to the high criticism of the game.
