What songs do you think of that screams very 2010s and wouldn't come out in any other decade? Here are some that I think.

Royals: Lorde, along with Lana Del Rey, helped push alt-pop into the mainstream, and gradually changed the course of pop music in the mid-late 2010s from anthemic electropop bops to downbeat and moody pop. Billie Eilish is an obvious result of the sea-change.
Broccoli: A bubblegum trap song featuring a polarizing mumble rapper. Can't get more 2010s than that.
Versace: A landmark trap song, especially with the unique triplet flow from Migos that eventually became commonplace in rap later on (like Kendrick Lamar's "DNA").
What Do You Mean?: It's one of the most popular tropical house songs in the mid-2010s, and Justin Bieber's fourth album Purpose, along with OMI's "Cheerleader", helped popularized the genre.
Wake Me Up: An EDM classic that will be played for generations to come. This song is decade-defining at its core.

This dubstep-pop "ballad" wouldn't have been possible to make in the 2000s (since dubstep was still strongly rooted in earlier UK electronica sounds), and would absolutely not be popular in 2020 very obviously.
