The early 2020s are gonna suck if this continues.

Nah. We can't cater to it. We'll have to ignore it and build positivity eventually. Otherwise, civilization will niche. F it. Lets all die trying to see the world.

Well, that article sure is pretty crappily written and lost its original point by the end. Outbreaks never last forever anyway, at some point the virus will naturally run out out of dumb people that don't take the right precautions and wouldn't able to develop further, but that takes quite a while. A vaccine could only speed up the process.

No, not never. It will be a long, painful road to herd immunity if we keep going the way we have been going, but eventually it will enable a return to normalcy. Granted, that is assuming COVID does not mutate into another strain.

Yeah, like Telso said, things will go back to normal no matter how long, because not being able to go outside ever again, is a rushed unrealistic statement. Yes were all pissed that dumbasses are not obeying by the Covid-19 regulations, but they're not gonna get permanent victory. Take this as a grain of salt but look at Wuhan, while it seems very sketchy that they're no longer social distancing, life is back to normal when they were able to get their cases to low levels. We may have a different normal but these things, quarantine, social distancing, etc. Is not gonna last
