All I can say about this situation, I am not happy outta joy, nor sad, nor angry that he and his wife has Covid-19. I'm just neutral at this point. Since he is a elderly, he is more at risk. Melana on the other hand, idk. Now he is going to believe that Covid-19 is 110% REAL! 2020 will go down in history as one of the most memorable years(rather it's good, bad, or wtf) in human history. He always knew COVID was real and was a threat, he just didn’t care and didn’t want to deal with it. He knew how much of a threat it was at the start but continued to lie to the public. If this fucker got a dose of his own medicine I would revel in the irony. I don’t care, I hate Donald Trump with a passion and if he dies he has zero sympathy from me. Not saying I would celebrate, I just would have zero sympathy.

On the other hand, the whole situation makes me really nervous. If Trump dies before the election or is very sick, Trump supporters will say that the whole thing is a conspiracy and the Democrats actually killed him. Then I can’t imagine the chaos that will ensue. If Trump is sick but recovers, that will prove to Trump’s base that the “China virus” isn’t that big of a deal. If he dies, then Trumpism will never die because it will never be defeated for good. We need to see him stay alive and fail, or else I fear for the worst.

My dads reaction to the presidential debate was, "Thank goodness we don't live in the U.S anymore."  When I moved to the US as a young kid back in 2007 the US was seen as the land of freedom and opportunity. When obama won in 2008 I felt prouder than ever before to live in america. I can't tell you how inspiring it was for me as a black kid who couldn't speak fluent english yet. Nowadays the US is more divided these days and everything has regressed. I feel bad for young black kids these days growing up with a racist president and all these protests going on

I feel bad for young black kids these days growing up with a racist president and all these protests going on I really do feel like people our age were kinda like the last to grow up in a decent cultural era. At least as of right now. Not to sound like an elitist or ageist, and I'm likely very biased, but I don't remember things being this divided when we were in our childhood. Obviously there was some division, but can you really say it was as bad as now? Like I feel like when we were kids politics was something only adults talked about. It seems like kids nowadays are learning about it at a younger age due to the increased awareness in police brutality and racism (which isn't necessarily a bad thing per se, but the president definitely isn't helping at all). I can't imagine being six years old in 2020.
