This song was getting played a lot in early 2010. Does this song sound more like the late 2000s or early 2010s?

There are two parts to this song. The first half is like a blend of what the Black-Eyed Peas did in the mid-2000s and snap rap, so it's definitely more 2000s. The second half is pure early 2010s electropop.

It sounds of it's time to me. The 1st half of the song sound more late 00s, while the second half sounds more early 2010s.
