As a big TV buff myself I'm more into TV shows of the 2000s, but I want to take a reflective look back on the television of the 2010s (shows that had a majority of their airing time in the 2010s.)
**- Mad Men (2007-2015)**
I haven't seen this one but I seriously plan to sometime soon, I've heard nothing but good things about it.
**- Breaking Bad (2008-2013), and it's spinoff Better Call Saul (2015-)**
I've watched Breaking Bad three times and it's still a great watch everytime. It is a close third to my two favorite shows of all time, The Sopranos (you can probably tell by my username, lol) and The Wire. It's spinoff Better Call Saul, while not as great as Breaking Bad, is still a pretty good watch and takes place in the early 2000s for those who want a period piece back to that time.
**- Boardwalk Empire (2010-2014)**
This show takes a look into the prohibition days of the 1920s from the eyes of an Atlantic City treasurer played by Steve Buscemi.
**- The Walking Dead (2010-)**
I watched the first five seasons, and quit after I heard that things kind of go downhill after Season 6. I'm not even gonna mention this one's spinoff lol.
**- Game of Thrones (2011-2019)**
I've heard good things about this show in general but not very great things about its final season.
**- Fargo (2014-)**
This is an anthology show which means that each season is a different story and takes place in a different time period. Those who watched and loved the 1996 movie should atleast watch the first season of this show.
**- Ozark (2017-)**
This Netflix original is an action packed crazy shitshow, in a good way. While I don't think it yet lives up to it's label of "the second coming of Breaking Bad," it might once the final season comes out.

Mad Men was really great, though I think I didn't fully appreciate what it was trying to say at the time I was following it. I would hold it up among the greats of the decade.

I watched the first five seasons, and quit after I heard that things kind of go downhill after Season 6. I'm not even gonna mention this one's spinoff lol. It has actually had three separate spinoffs, which is kind of ridiculous really. I've only watched the first season of it (I stopped watching as I didn't think it was that good), but from what I've heard, "Fear The Walking Dead" has really improved in quality in recent seasons and is actually better than the main show itself. "The Walking Dead" used to be one of my favourite shows, but I gave up on it at the end of Season 8 when the 'big battle' between Rick and Negan fizzled out and turned out to be nothing.

I got as far as the Governor in season 3 and dropped it. It was very obvious very quickly that the show was just going to be the same shit, different scenery for every season.
