I forgot there was a child on this forum who’s not a decade old yet 😂

Had I been born 10 years later, I would be 10 years younger than I am! But still would be over 35.

I'd be 10 years younger, I would be born in a diff decade, and I wouldn't have experienced the 2010s in its entirety.

It's strange to think that I would have only been 3 years old when "Gangnam Style" and "Call Me Maybe" were popular, had I been born in March 2009. Imagine having to grow up with those horrible songs!

Imagine having to grow up with those horrible songs! Admittedly, it would probably be fun to have the likes of these songs as your early childhood soundtrack, but I'd be concerned that I'd be surrounded by crap music from ages 5 and up.

Had I been born 10 years later, I would not have been a teenage fan of the music current to that time as it had started to become crap by then.

Imagine having to grow up with those horrible songs! Well, you were 3 for Nelly's "Hot In Here" and Avril Lavigne's "Complicated", which is close enough.

Yeah, but those songs are still better and catchier than Gangnam and Call Me Maybe.

At least I wasn't three when "Who Let The Dogs Out", "Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle)" and "Oops...I Did It Again" were popular.

If I was born in February 2010, I would be starting Year 4 at primary school this year

* I would currently be a freshman in high school. * As a kid, I likely would've been pretty interested in, er, Adventure Time maybe? * The Wii would have been my introduction to gaming and Super Mario Galaxy the mesmerizing adventure that Super Mario 64 was for me in reality. * I'd probably be more of a lazy introvert because I wouldn't have been exposed to Dance Dance Revolution to get up off my arse and workout; instead I simply would've had even more crap to explore on my computer or digital device. * Honestly, I have almost no idea what my musical tastes would be. I suppose I would've started following the American Now albums with Now 40 in 2011, so my introductory understanding of pop music would've been shaped by artists like Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, and One Direction instead of Britney Spears and the Backstreet Boys. * Trap music in 2015 onwards would have been to me what snap music from 2005 to 2008 was to me in real life – it would have frustrated me with the charts so badly that I likely would've abandoned the pop charts and started getting into older, more obscure music on my own. * My first cinematic memories would've been scattered scenes of 2005, while my full conscious timeline would've been present by late 2006.
