1990's. I love the grunge/alternative-rock which was popular at the time and many of my favourite bands/artists either formed or were popular during the decade. I also like the dark and moody vibe of many elements of the pop culture, as well as how individuality was encouraged. It was a great decade for kids shows as well, with shows such as Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy and the Magic School Bus , just to name a few. The Simpsons was also at it's best and I really like Beavis and Butthead.

The people who were guilty of doing it have probably grown up now.

It's not as bad as it used to be. The people who were guilty of doing it have probably grown up now. And I think the 2000s kid trend will start, and 2010s kids like me will start to suffer. I'm actually liking that My childhood is early-mid 2010s I'm surprised that it hasn't already started, since a lot of Early-Mid 2000's babies are online now! :S

I personally think that it's ages 7 and 8. Core childhood is usually defined as 5-10, so ages 7 and 8 would be the "middle" core childhood years.
