That's okay. Sometimes it's possible to have a huge sense of nostalgia for certain years, even if it may not appear obvious as to why it is the case.

Yeah, that song makes me feel really nostalgic for 2003 as well. When I was a kid, I used to think it was a Black Eyed Peas song.

Where do I start  Here is one that I still like to this day! The Reason brings back some vivid memories, for some reason (not a pun!) I still remember coming back from somewhere (I think it may have been a birthday party) and this song was the first song playing on the radio when I got home. Heard it a few more times around that period as well, the nostalgia makes me love the song I think.

Yeah, it's great how certain songs can remind you of events that have happened in your life. That's part of the reason as to why I personally like music so much. As for "The Reason", i'm not sure why, but that song doesn't really make me feel too nostalgic for 2006, to be honest. I can remember when the song came out and how popular it was at the time, however it just doesn't do anything for me. I've never really been a fan of the song though, so that could be why.

I've always disliked Simple Plan's songs, but I can't deny how nostalgic this song makes me feel about 2005 and my childhood in general. I was 5-10 years old during the Mid-Late 2000s and Emo music was a huge presence on the charts/radio at the time, so in a way, "Untitled" feels as though it is a culmination of all those years. Listening to it teleports me back to those times. To be honest, if I were to listen to this song in crappy 144p quality on an MP3, it would probably make me get a bit emotional, because it would feel like something straight from my childhood.
