I think female street fashion has definitely done a complete 180 from 10 years ago. In 2011, the newest trends definitely skewed towards minimalism, simplistic, unlayered forms, very bodycon and colorful tribal patterns and leather. Less glam, more youthfulness.

2021 hottest trends, in contrast, go for fuller, more layered forms and louder shapes, and just a general sense of over-the-top and chunkiness. Way less youthful than 2011 and more glam.
