I mean singers who once had the innocent, cookie-cutter, girl or boy next door image and then transitioned to a more raunchy, adult style.
Singers other than Britney Spears who I can think of: -Michael Jackson with his 1987 album, “Bad.” -Christina Aguilera to Xtina from 2001 to 2002 with her Q4 2002 album, “Stripped.” -Miley Cyrus from 2012 to 2013 with her 2013 album, “Bangerz.” -Maybe Justin Bieber in 2012 or 2013. -Maybe Selena Gomez and Enrique Iglaseas in 2013 or 2014. -Maybe Ariana Grande in 2017 or 2018 when she shifted towards adult themes away from 2013 and 2014 teen pop. She gets raunchy in 2019 or 2020 with her 2020 album, “Positions.”

Madonna for sure even if she wasn’t that innocent. Her in 1984-1987 vs 1990-92 huge difference.

I'd say Ariana did it with her "Dangerous Woman" album, it had a different vibe from her previous works
But her earlier works (like "Focus" and "Problem") were also wayyy raunchier compared to her Kat Valentine persona from Victorious

Olivia Newton-John was probably the first sweet pop princess gone bad.
She mostly did big innocent soft rock hits in the 70s.
And then she made the very sexualized "Physical" in the new wave era with a very daring video.
She basically mirrored Sandy, the character she played in Grease, also a sweet girl gone bad.

And oh yeah this one is pretty infamous:
Down-to-earth 90s yodeling guitar girl turned into over-the-top 2000s pop diva. The change was so extreme that no one bought it and this basically killed her career.

Janet Jackson was one of the first to do the “Good Girl Gone Bad” thing. In fact, it helped her really break into her music career, as her first few albums didn’t do so well
1983:
1986:
She was known as Michaels rebellious little sister and eventually broke away from that and developed her own style and even inspired Michael to adopt a rebellious and edgy attitude for “Bad”
And along with Janet, Madonna was the one of the best to transition between eras 1985:
1987:
1989:
1990:
1994:
1998:
2000:
