Superwoman aka Lily Singh since 2016 once she moved away from Canada to the U.S. Her content became repetitive, boring and SJW-ish. That peaked with her short-lived late night TV show which ran from 2019 to 2021.
Adam Saleh has been declining since late 2020 or 2021 with claims of him faking his boxing match, rape allegations, bullying a transgender after trying to have sex with them, out drinking and clubbing as a muslim.

Shane Dawson has made a comeback recently and his channel was definitely hurt in some way. He used to make easily 10+M views per video, and nowadays he can barely reach 5M so it's going to be tough for him to match the levels of his channel at its peak.
