I'll wait until Windows 12. Windows 11 followed Microsoft's classic order of good and bad OS's (though I don't think Windows 10 is great, it is better than Windows 11 and 8 at least) :
Windows 98 - Good
Windows ME - Bad
Windows XP - Good
Windows Vista - Bad
Windows 7 - Good
Windows 8 - Bad
Windows 10 - Good
Windows 11 - Bad
Windows 12 will probably be good if this order continues, so I'll wait for that.

Wasn't XP really sluggish? XP was not sluggish you are thinking of Windows Vista which released in late 2006 several years later

I can't install Windows 11 on my computer. The processor doesn't support it.

One big problem, a problem that could potentially cause eWaste (or not), is with the requirements.
The Windows 11 system requirements are way too high, so much so that 80% of computers are "unsupported." Ironically and funny enough, Microsoft even showed a way on how to bypass these requirements.
