There weren't that many real life based tv shows in the 10s, it was mostly fictitious like TWD, took place in the past like Stranger Things and Vikings or took place in a completely different planet like Game of Thrones
For that reason I can't think of a single tv show that represents the 2010s

It even has the cheesy marvel quips. The overall vibe screams core 2010s.

fuuuck, how could've i forgotten about Modern Family? i think it perfectly represents the decade. It started in 2009 and ended in 2020 so pretty much was born and died with the 10s

For the 2000s : many of those VH1 talking head shows, My Super Sweet 16, The OC, the many reality shows really capture the “McBling” era.
As for the 2010s I really don’t exactly know? Portlandia I guess captured the Early/Mid 2010s hipster era.

How that decade was super escapist when it came to video games and movies and cartoons. Even that decade seems more down-to-earth because you DID have things like The Breakfast Club and Cheers. What the fuck do you have in the 2010s that can be called down-to-earth?

Laguna Beach and the OC are very 2000s. But also Pimp My Ride, The Simple Life, American Idol, Malcolm In The Middle. All classic 2000s shows. There was one show I watched recently on Netflix that is EXTREMELY 2010s. It's called Haters Back Off and it's by Miranda Sings. It was extremely cheesy and over-the-top and was about YouTube. So I wouldn't say there are no shows that have a strong 2010s vibe because there are actually lots of them if you search on Netflix.

If we're talking TV cartoons that best represent the 2010s, I'm thinking Steven Universe, Rick and Morty, We Bare Bears, Bojack Horseman, Teen Titans Go, My Little Pony.
