2019 pop culture: Was it more Late 10s or Early 20s?

Emphasis on pop culture. This omits politics and COVID from the discussion since with those factors included it's obviously late 10s.
Imo it leans a bit more towards late 10s because whilst there were growing early 20s influences like TikTok, this year hosted the finales of many 2010s TV shows, movies and games and the charts were completely dominated by soundcloud rap. There's also other things like it being a full 8th gen gaming year, fortnite was at it's peak, fashion was still 10s, etc.
