- MCU at it's apex with avengers infinity war and endgame. Endgame turned out to become the highest grossing film in history.
- Superhero movies besides avengers were popular in general. You had lots of superhero movies come out like Justice League, Aquaman, Spider Man:Homecoming, Wonder Woman, Venom, etc.
- CW Arrowverse shows were at the height of their popularity and some other superhero TV shows like Agents of Shield were popular.
- Marvels Spider Man came out. Also Batman Arkham Knight if we consider 2015 part of the late 10s(this only works if you split the decade in two).
- My Hero Academia, an anime based on superheroes becomes the most popular anime throughout this timeframe
