There has been threads when you started, but when did you stop each respective system ?
I will give you mine below !
Sega Genesis - November 1994
Threw mine in the bushes as soon as Donkey Kong Country came out, it made everything Sega put out at
that point look pathetic
SNES - Spring 1997There wasn't really much left for SNES beyond the Fall 96 season, by Spring 97 I was pretty much done
with this generation and moved onto N64 and PS1
Nintendo Game Boy - Fall 2000Like many others, I was done with Pokemon and Game boy after completing Gold and Silver
Sega Game Gear - Summer 96
it was a wrap for that system after 95 lets be real lol
Nintendo 64 - Fall 1999as soon as Sega Dreamcast came out I threw my system in the bushes
Neo Geo Pocket color - Fall 2000
PlayStation 1 - Summer 2001
What was I suppose to do ? I could not even get my hands on a PS2 and neither could the majority of America lol
Sega Dreamcast - February 2001The moment the infamous announcement was splashed across the news tickers and papers, I was DONE, I was MAD
I was so fed up with Sega's bs at that point I charged my ass to Eb Games and sold my system.
PlayStation 2 - Fall 2003I had the infamous Disc Read error system when I bought my console in 2001, the result was I was forced
to stop playing it once it broke in 03 lol Last games I played for the system were Final Fantasy X-2 and Smackdown Here comes the Pain !
Game Boy Advance - Summer 2004
The hype for me wore off after that summer ( mind you I got my GBA in 2001)
PSP - Fall 2006
Xbox - Summer 2006Xbox still had a slew of releases even when 360 had just come out, I liked the San Andreas port they did as well.
Gamecube - Early 2006Was busy playing Resident Evil 5 and Sonic Gems Collection
Xbox 360 - Early 2007Hated this video game gen
PlayStation 3 - 2009
Never liked this gen
