Don't worry. It's really not that different, it's just that your looking at the the Chart made up of only NZ artists, that's why there's so much Six60, lol . Here's the regular Top-40: nztop40.co.nz

The only things that stick out about the New Zealand year-end chart, from where I'm standing, is how well Macklemore's "Glorious" and Pitbull's "Options" did (they're pretty has-beens in the US and UK), as well as Alessia Cara's pop version of "How Far I'll Go" from Moana. Other than that, it's actually amazing to me how much of a carbon copy the New Zealand chart is to the US chart. Even the top 5 songs are the same as the US, except for "Something Just Like This" replacing "Castle on the Hill" over here.

Yeah, apart from those three songs that you mentioned (which were frequently played) I guess it was very similar to the billboard Top 100 this year. If you don't mind me asking, what would be your top ten favourite songs of 2017 (if you have a top ten of course)?

The Australian ARIA year-end chart has yet to be released, although it will probably be very similar to the Billboard Hot 100 and NZ charts. It's not surprising to hear that "Shape of You" ranked as the #1 song of 2017. I think we all knew that was going to be the case back in the first half of the year. Funnily enough, in contrast to what SharksFan99 mentioned in the first post, that chart is hardly any different from the American year-end chart, even if some of the ordering isn't identical. In my earlier post, I accidentally got the "New Zealand Artists" chart mixed up with the NZ Top-40. That's why I thought there was such a big contrast between the NZ Chart and the Australian and Billboard Hot 100 charts.
