It has been reported that a car has hit a number of pedestrians in the Melbourne CBD. As of 8:43pm AEDT, here is the latest information:
* Two men were arrested by Police at the scene.
* No charges have yet been laid.
* The motive behind the incident is unknown.
* 14 people were hit by the car. Several people are in a critical condition.
