Prolly would be good for Canada tbh especially if it mostly affects the real estate again.
Fr it's fucking ridiculous, a bachelor apartment in my shitty midsized city is like $1500 a month at this point, never mind Toronto or Vancouver.
Thinking of jumping ship to the US myself bro...
