For your sake I hope you didn’t end up going along to this game! What a disappointment otherwise.  Unfortunately I did  We had nothing else to do for Easter Sunday so we just went to the match. It was even worse than the Gold Coast match! The train trip into the city was the best part. Oh, no! Of all teams to lose, Gold Coast now Carlton. What’s happening at the Bulldogs.  Haha, at least you enjoyed the train ride to the city. It wasn’t a complete waste of time then!

The strange results this season continues....
Who would’ve thought the Dogs would completely dismantle the Tigers the way they did tonight (and Melbourne edging out Hawthorn this afternoon). Lowly Gold Coast almost pulled off an upset out West against the Eagles.

I’m totally surprised tbh telemelbs! Great win by the Pies although more injuries to key players. I know we have an unbelievable record when travelling but never expected them to win this one. Perhaps this may be a turning point?

I’m totally surprised tbh telemelbs ! Great win by the Pies although more injuries to key players. I know we have an unbelievable record when travelling but never expected them to win this one. Perhaps this may be a turning point? Well the pies had so much pressure to win, especially from the media. While they still didn't play to the best of their ability, they just scrapped over the line!

We needed to scrap any sort of win and it helped that West Coast were apparently very flat tonight. I was unable to watch it live but I’ll definitely have a look at a replay since we won. The media should apply this pressure every week from here on.

Yeah, I read that last week. No idea why they persist with these gimmick preseason competitions. AFLX in particular was doomed from the start. Most people want a revived SoO format but they have no interest in that idea.....

I'm going to that! I'll probably watch all finals games over the weekend. That's what I was referring to Lucky you! Did you have any trouble securing your tickets? They are expecting 90k+ tomorrow night so it should be great fun.  I’m hopeful of buying some tickets for the Qualifying (assuming we don’t lose and head to the Semis).

Just curious. Bias aside of course, how do you rate our chances on Saturday against the Giants telemelbs ? EDIT: I should mention this is regardless whether Toby Greene is playing or not, of course!
