Not very. My taste in music manages to be simultaneously trashy and picky in the same way as a kid's taste in food would be.

In the recent past, I was mostly into metal and rock.
However, as I got older, I seem to show more interest in synthesizer music.
In general, my musical horizon is not really diverse.

I have a diverse musical taste.
I listen to most genres of music. I only don't listen to country music, emo & screamo, death metal and most heavy metal songs. However, outside of that, I listen to pretty much everything else.
My favorite musical genres are Rap/Hip-Hop, Pop and R&B.

Whatever the antithesis of infinitesimal is. It would be easier to name the genres of miniscule interest. Music for me certainly relies on mood swings. Lately I've been mixing a lot of shoegaze and last year it was chillout going on. Let's all relish what we personally enjoy for as long as we can.
