Do you do any exercise during the day or have an exercise routine that you follow?
As for me, I exercise mostly on summer break when I have enough time to do more things and school isn't in the way.

I don't have an exercise routine at all, to be honest.

I've always been a huge cycling enthusiast. I remember my first bike, I think I was 5. I don't get to do it in the winter though obviously. I started weight lifting almost 4 months ago. I aim for twice a week, 2 hours each time (so 4 hrs/wk). It's a lot of fun but can be difficult and I feel like I wanna give up sometimes, haha. It's difficult finding a way to keep things interesting. But I have a 12 year old sister on a wheelchair, whom I have to pick up and carry often, so knowing that I'll be able to carry her easily is what keeps me going! It feels like I'm carrying the 9 year old version of her again. Also IDK if this is TMI, but my boyfriend really appreciates my gains too, so vanity plays a part. Other than that, I used to swim almost everyday in the summer when I was a kid, and almost everyday even in winter (in an indoor pool) when I was 11/12. I stopped after I was 13 unfortunately, after I moved to a house that wasn't walking distance from the pool. I used to go ice skating about two times a week too. In the summer of 2003 I went to both a swimming summer camp and an ice skating summer camp. I never saw ice skating as exercise though, just a fun activity with friends. Actually, I never saw either biking or swimming as exercise either, they're just fun activities to me. Weight lifting is the first real "exercise" to me. I've been thinking about replacing cycling with running, just for the winter months. I posted about it in the Getting Healthy thread on inthe00s.

I put not really as there are some days when I can barely walk, let alone exercise.

Sometimes. If it’s a cold wet day then definitely not. I like a nice sunny day of around the mid-20s before I even think about going on any walks, runs etc. Fortunately there’s plenty of walking tracks around where I live so I should be going on more but can’t be bothered or am busy most of the time.

Occasionally if I have time, or if I'm not being lazy. Last year I used to swim laps everyday though.

I forgot to mention I live in a big city, so I can easily walk several hours a day. I walk 10k-20k steps a day according to my phone, or about 10-20km a day. It feels like fudging to call it exercise though, since I think most humans could probably walk indefinitely and not get tired

Then buy one. Pools aren't cheap you know. Plus my backyard is tiny. I could buy one of those small ones they sell in Target but you can't really 'do laps' in them

So, the real reason here would be that your backyard is too small. Haha, you could always buy one of those bigger size ones I’ve seen at BigW before!

Workout, weight lifting made my life different since 2015, sometimes I feel really crossed over to the attractive side. Bruh, I honestly love every recent approach, most women and low key significantly younger were more receptive to me than anything.

Pretty commonly back in the summer, since the heat motivated me more to go out.
Very sparingly now unfortunately
