Since there is a thread of 'What time did you wake up?' I thought i'll make a follow up. So what time did you go to bed?

Unless I have to get up super duper early the next day (which I do at times), I’m usually thinking about “catching some zzz’s” between the hours of 1-2am. I’m not a fan of going to bed before midnight, those days are mostly over!

I mostly go to bed between 12:30am-1:30am. A few years ago, I used to stay up as late as 2am on weekends/school holidays, but I prefer not to stay up that late now.

11pm usually for about a 6-7am start. Weekends/Holidays can be anywhere between 10:00-2/3 in the morning.

i have to go to bed at 9pm on school nights but on the weekend i’ll go much later like 12am maybe
