No way this song would come out in the middle of a pandemic.
No one wants to hear a race-shifting brat brag about how much money she has while the world is ending
So it's definitely a late 10s song lyrically speaking
Production wise, this is just the same old boring wishy-washy trap low-fi brand of downbeat pop that has been popular since 2017 so it does sound both "late 10s" and "early 20s" because this brand of pop is still popular, but it's NOT new.
So it's definitely a late 10s song.

Late 10s. I could see this song coming out in 2017, not so much 2021. Trap beats are less downbeat now, more bouncy and melodic.
Just compare this to "Need to Know" by Doja Cat, "Up" by Cardi B, or hell even "Positions" by Ariana herself. It sounds a lot more like "Bodak Yellow" by Cardi B released in 2017 for comparison.

This type of downbeat hedonistic trap is unique to the late 10s.

It samples an older song but still has the depressing late 10s mood and trap beat.

Typical late 10s trap, very Migos unspired. It sounds very 2018-19 but formulaically could fit anywhere from 2016-19
