This is when Highschool Musical premiered. The classic real 2000s also ended at this time. This date was the start of the shift into the Mid 2000s/Modern 2000s. Then we saw even more changes later on in that year - Hannah Montana, YouTube, Sexy Back,Nintendo Wii, etc.
