Another one for the list - Millionaire Hot Seat: The Nine Network Australia's adoption of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire which leads into the 6pm news on weeknights, just incase our overseas members of Popedia were wondering.
Yes it's been interesting to see a couple of people I know from social media as contestants on Hot Seat in the last year or so but aside from that, I've lost a tonne of interest in the program ever since the $1 Million went off in August 2016 and the expansion to a full hour in Early 2017. The "Fastest Finger" segment at the start of the show and Eddie McGuire going on about the backstories of contestants (unless it's the end of the show and they're in with a chance of winning at least $10,000 - just tell us their Name, Age, Location, Occupation and be done with it!) is so boring IMO!
Hot Seat probably wouldn't be mentioned in this thread if the format was tweaked to improve the flow of the program, but unfortunately I can't see that happening anytime soon.

I agree that Millionaire Hot Seat has been on the air for far too long. I'm genuinely surprised that Nine hasn't considered "resting" the format and launching a new program in it's place, especially considering the fact that The Chase regularly out-rates Hot Seat. To be honest, I think it's likely that the show will still be on the air in April 2019, when it celebrates it's 10th anniversary!

Anything with the Duggars and anything with the Gosselins.
But noo TLC loves encouraging grifters as much as they love a dollar.
Throw 90 Day Fiance in with that statement too.

...and anything with Jeremy Kyle in it. I actually watched The Jeremy Kyle Show for the first time about a week ago and it was absolutely vile. For anyone who is unfamiliar with the show, it's basically the UK's equivalent to The Jerry Springer Show. Believe it or not, it's actually worse than The Jerry Springer Show, which I didn't think would ever be possible for any show.

There is an American version and of course they go for this kind of crap so it's not surprising really.

Family Guy. That show is getting old and stale. (well it was already getting old from Season 5 onwards).

Pokémon. Personally I think any franchise that’s 20+ years old should be on its way out now.

When is Law & Order: SVU ever going to come to an end? The show has been in production since September 1999 and has recently entered into it's 21st Season, making it the longest running US live-action TV series of all-time. I watch repeats of the show from time to time when there is nothing else to watch, however I've never been a huge fan of it. The show went downhill when Christopher Meloni left the series back in 2011.
