Oh my, I'm sorry, I didn't know you replied to my post I have a Charmander toy and a Pikachu/Ash Ketchum luggage bag (with the wheels). I had a Charizard bike helmet, but I can't find it for the life of me Also, I got this at McDonald's (the kid's meal) wecently! That’s alright! Nice! I don’t have that Squirtle figure as I don’t visit Macca's. But I have quite a few of the trading cards I got while growing up, along with almost all of those 3D Stadium cards mentioned above. I also have a few stuffed toys I collected (Pikachu etc.) and some action figurines.

Have you guys heard about this? A couple of days ago, someone found the Space World 1997 prototype cartridge of Pokemon Gold and uploaded its rom. Its pretty fascinating. It seems that most of the Johto pokedex was COMPLETELY different from the final game.

Either way, I think it's interesting that someone hasn't already uploaded the rom from the cartridge, especially considering the fact that the game itself is 21 years old!

The alleged story is that one guy who was a major retro game collector passed away and his family sold all of his games. Then some guy who was working at a retro game shop realized what that guy's family just sold, so he immediately uploaded the rom online and shared about it on 4chan. Its believed that the demo cartridge was originally stolen. Sucks someone had to die for this to be discovered.

I received a notification about this early this morning... I honestly can’t believe that today marks 20 years since the release of Snap for the N64 (in Japan at least). I remember asking my parents to buy this for me not that long after the release of it locally in late 2000. For such a simple concept, I easily spent many hours playing this just so I could get that perfect photo.

For me, Kanto greatly establishes Pokémon but Johto, gen 2 perfected it. I believe Gen 4 is a better sequel than gen 3. The map of Sinnoh was epic as hell and mysterious and the Pokémon reclaimed exciting designs.
Gen 8 is in a sort of weird position, it has excellent gym leaders and the open world is pretty great and interesting but the new Pokémon designs are all over the place, mishandled.

Gen 2 is probably my favorite generation
