To the bottom of the pop-up, there should be an "Ok" button. Once it is clicked, the pop-up will no longer appear.

I apologise for the inconvenience. Member's thread counts are tallied (it's a plug-in from Proboards) on Popedia and there isn't a way to disable the pop-up.

I got a button that says not right now until i refresh then it is there again, all good
