Coincidentally, there is a segment based on this on the breakfast-TV program i'm watching at the moment! It's incredible to think that we are at a point in time where AI technology can successfully achieve all of those tasks. With that said, i'm not sure if I agree with Google Assistant having the ability to book appointments for us. I just don't think it's really necessary. Stephen Hawking warned of AI advancing to a point where humans are made redundant. By enabling Google Assistant to fulfill that task for us, it's just the first step of AI technology gradually making humans not only redundant in terms of accomplishing tasks, but also in intelligence as well.
