Not in the mainstream pop cultural media, but they are still being advertised to through appeals to nostalgia. One such example is the "Malt Shop Memories" infomercial, which is geared towards those who were youth age in the late '50s and early '60s, as it appeals to their nostalgia in order to get them to purchase this product. Ah, right. We don't have infomercials like that in this part of the world. If there are any infomercials here which are advertised to people old enough to have experienced the '50s, it's only the Seniors Life Insurance ones.
